1. Price List

All marked prices on our product list include VAT, providing the web-page is configured to a shipping country within the European Union. VAT is not included in marked prices which refer to other shipping countries. The final price is displayed when you proceed to checkout along with details of the tax applicable to the country chosen in the delivery data.

As a general rule 18% VAT will apply to EU member countries. All businesses belonging to the EU will be exempt from tax. Sales to other countries are VAT free. However, the customs authorities in each country will levy their corresponding charges. Due to some of our products are considered as “school material”, VAT applied in these products is 4%, according to Spanish Law 37/1992 arts 90-Uno, 91-Dos-1-2º.

All prices at www.miquelrius.com may be revised and modified at any time.

Products on offer

All products with a special reduced price at Miquelrius.com will be accompanied by the following information on the web-site: reduced price, regular price, discount percentage and end of offer date. These offers will be accessible until the date shown or until end of stock, in which case the product will automatically disappear from the web-site. All packs are regarded as a special promotion and any other discount will not be applicable.

a) Bank transfer

Upon completing your purchase you may wish to select the bank transfer option. In this case you will receive an Email, which, together with the confirmation of your order, will indicate the account number required. It should be made payable to MIQUELRIUS DIFFUSION S.A. in EUROS.

Please ensure that you indicate, "order number xxx" in the subject bar as well as your name and surname. The bank transfer should be carried out within a 3-day period, counting from the day the order was placed; otherwise your order will have to be cancelled.

The order will not be considered complete until the transaction has been verified by our bank. To facilitate the transaction, we recommend that you send a bank transfer receipt either by fax to (+34) 935 73 71 19  or by Email to customerservice@miquelrius.com.


Remember that payments should be made in EURO and the customer will pay any currency exchange commission or bank commission if this method of payment is selected. For bank transfer payments made from countries other than Spain, it is important that any commision / fees applied by the bank of origin are paid by the customer. If this is not the case, Miquelrius.com will delay dispatching the order until the entire amount is received.
In Iran, Nigeria, Russia, Costa Rica, Mexico, Panamá and Venezuela this is the only form of payment accepted.

b) Visa or MasterCard

We guarantee that every transaction carried out at Miquelrius.com is 100% safe. Each operation, which implies the transmission of personal information or bank details, is carried out within a safe environment. Miquelrius.com uses a secure server, which uses a protocol called SSL (Secure Socked Layer) to ensure the secure transfer of information via encryption.

In this way the credit card details are only known and handled by the bank, whereas the order and client details are known and handled only by the trader.

When making a VISA or MASTERCARD payment, customers will be asked to supply the following information: the credit card number, the expiry date and a validation code, which refers to the last 3 digits printed on the back of the credit card. In this way we are able to guarantee even greater security for on-line transactions.

c) Paypal

Founded in 1998, PayPal, an eBay Company, enables any individual or business with an email address to securely, easily and quickly send and receive payments online. PayPal's service builds on the existing financial infrastructure of bank accounts and credit cards and utilizes the world's most advanced proprietary fraud prevention systems to create a safe, global, real-time payment solution.

3. Shipping Options and Delivery

Miquelrius reserves the right to change the delivery method and transport company regardless of what is stated on this page and given that the changes would not in any way be detrimental to our customers.

Important: We are unable to accept a shipment to a PO BOX address.

All orders made before 18.00h Spanish time, will be dispatched by the relevant transport company on the same day, providing they are in stock. Orders will only be dispatched on working days (Monday to Friday).

Note: Bank transfer orders will not be dispatched until the transaction has been verified. Orders to be paid in instalments will not be dispatched until the application has been approved.

Portugal & Andorra:

•    Deliveries will be made between 2 -7 days according to the destination.
•    Once an order has been placed, it will leave our warehouse on the same day providing it was placed before 16.00h Spanish time, regardless of the price of the purchase. Deliveries are on working days, from Mon-Fri.
Forms of Payment: Bank transfer or credit card (see FORMS OF PAYMENT).
•    Bear in mind that orders sent to Andorra will not include any extra taxes or tariffs which may be added at customs. These additional charges must be paid by the recipient upon delivery.

Other foreign countries:

The shipping cost is calculated in each case previous finishing the purchase.

The shipping costs do not include any possible extra payments, which may be added, such as taxes or customs duties and which may be charged Cash On Delivery.

4. Guarante

The guarantee offered is the one according to the law (Real Decreto Legislativo 1/2007, 16 November in which it is approved the text of the General Law for the Defense of costumers and users and other complementary laws).
Defects or imperfections due to the incorrect use or manipulation of goods, as well as the wear and tear produced by the normal use of a product, are not included in this guarantee.

Any decline in the function of a product, due to its design limitation, is also excluded from guarantee.

According to the Spanish Law No. 15/1999, 13th December relating to the protection of data of a personal character, we inform you that any personal data provided will be included in an automated file for data of a personal character, created and maintained under the responsibility of Miquelrius Diffusion S.A..

The purpose of the aforementioned file is to facilitate processing of orders and to send commercial communications relating to products and services, only to those customers who have previously selected this option.
